EPCS
EPCs or Energy Performance Certificates measure the energy efficiency of a property and are a legal requirement if you’re looking to sell or let it. If you need one carrying out then our energy assessor can perform the assessment. All rooms are covered in the assessment, as well as the heating system used and its controls. Our assessor will likely take images and measurements of your property but it will be a purely visual inspection with no invasive work carried out. Once the check is complete, an analysis will be made and the EPC will be created. We are happy to carry out a further EPC should you wish to carry out any remedial work as a result of the initial check.
LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT
Legionella refers to a particular kind of bacteria and these bacteria can cause a whole host of diseases, including the potentially fatal Legionnaire’s disease. They can be found in ponds, rivers and other natural water sources but they can also find their way into artificial water systems like evaporative condensers.
